Agent Graph GitHub

Cursor and VS Code

See the agent work.

Agent Graph draws a live graph of one Cursor agent session. Each action is a node. The badge shows the current phase.

Install on Open VSX View the source

Agent Graph builds a session in real time. The badge moves from THINKING to ACTING, OBSERVING, and DONE.
A sample session, as it happens. The agent reads a parser, asks a subagent about the test, edits the file, and the test passes.

Nodes

Thoughts, tools, edits, and shell commands stay in order. Click a node to read the payload.

Child lanes

Subagent work branches off the parent tool. The lane returns when that work ends.

Phase

The badge shows THINKING, ACTING, OBSERVING, WAITING, DONE, or ERROR.

Use it

Install it from Open VSX. Cursor and VS Code can both run it. Hooks post events to a local server. The sidebar draws them as they arrive.

  1. In Cursor, open Extensions and search for session-trace.agent-graph.
  2. Install Agent Graph, then run Install Agent Hooks.
  3. Start the Cursor agent.
